These things are super-loved because they use True Temper OX Platinum butted steel frame with tubular carbon fiber bontrager forks. The ride is velvet, and though there is some flex in the fork it's perfect off-road. Add in a 105 driveset and discs and it's unbeatable.

The Roadie who bought this bike thought he would like 29ing but didn't, so he added an adjustable SR fork with lockout. Still didn't. So he sold it. This bike looks and works like absoute new. Also includes matched ridgid steel fork.
